Venture Capital vs Start Ups

30 September 2015

Granatus Ventures brings together a distinguished panel of investors and start up founders to have a lively discussion of the challenges of building, funding and exiting start ups. Very often investors and founders have radically divergent views on valuation, novelty of the specific technology and solution, the role of the investor in decision making, future exits. What are the different perspectives that lead to such divergent views and how these can be tackled? Is there any best practice in aligning investors and founders interests? Can investors “put themselves into founders shoes” and the opposite? What we can learn from successes and failures? These are some of the questions that will be addressed from two perspectives. Join the discussion and learn from experienced investors and start ups on their way to success.Panelists representing Venture CapitalPierre Hennes (Granatus Ventures, Armenia; Extreme Ventures, Singapore)Alexander Galitsky (Almaz Capital, Russia)Diron Jebejian (Credit Suisse, USA)Panelists representing start ups:Vahan Kerobyan (menu.am and menu.ge )Yeva Hyusyan (SoloLearn)Artavazd Mehrabyan (Picsart) Register to participate.
